What is EMDR?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps your brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel overwhelming. It uses bilateral stimulation, like guided eye movements, sounds, or taps, to activate the brain’s natural healing process. If you’ve tried talk therapy but still feel stuck, EMDR offers a different approach that targets the root of trauma and anxiety, helping you move forward with greater clarity and ease.

Therapeutic Modalities
