I offer a personalized, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities to support your healing and growth. These include EMDR for trauma processing, ACT and CBT for navigating thoughts and emotions, and EFT and Attachment-Based Therapy to strengthen relationships.
