Therapeutic Modalities
I offer a personalized, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities to support your healing and growth. These include EMDR for trauma processing, ACT and CBT for navigating thoughts and emotions, and EFT and Attachment-Based Therapy to strengthen relationships. I also incorporate Family Systems Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Strength-Based approaches to empower change. Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing help deepen awareness and motivation, while Person-Centered and Solution-Focused therapies keep our work collaborative and goal-oriented.
